Experience the magic of winter in Zell am Ziller with our mountain and valley ride on the Rosenalmbahn for pedestrians, taking you from 580 meters to 1,744 meters above sea level to enjoy the breathtaking snowy landscape.
Tip: Winterwanderweg Rosenalm
A short, family-friendly walk to and around the Fichtensee lake starts directly at the Rosenalmbahn mountain station. This easy walk takes around one hour there and back. Follow the path a short distance downhill below the beginner’s lift, then cross the Plattenanger 2 drag lift track on your right. Please take extra care here and give way to approaching drag lift users. After approximately 200 m, turn left at the junction and follow the path to the Fichtensee. Once there, you can stroll around the reservoir and soak up the peaceful winter atmosphere before returning to the mountain station along the same route.
How do I get my ticket?
Use the QR code directly at the turnstile. Ticket collection at the ticket offices or pick-up machines is not possible.
